Shipping & Delivery

Bee Greedy will endeavour to dispatch your online postage order within 2 working days of receipt of funds. All orders for delivery within Australia are sent by a tracked courier service and delivery must be to a physical address – orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Parcels with a weight over 2kg may be sent with ‘signature on delivery’. When ordering if you would like your delivery to be left in a secure location without the need for a signature, please state this in the notes section ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) and give clear instructions where the goods can be safely left.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once the order has been shipped with the courier. All orders will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide an online track and trace of your parcel. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.

Upon receiving your order, if you have any questions, concerns or compliments your first point of contact should be to beegreedy@outlook.com outlining your query with as much information as possible. In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description we will then do our best to rectify any problems that may have arisen and a replacement or refund may be issued.

Country and Remote deliveries may incur an additional surcharge which we can calculate after checkout.

International Shipping may be subject to import duties or taxes that are levied once your order reaches the country of destination. Any associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations as it is your responsibility to ensure any items ordered are not prohibited or restricted.
