The bees collect the nectar from the species of tree commonly known as Jarrah (Eucalyptus marginata) to produce a dark Western Australian Jarrah honey. It’s sought after for the antibacterial and antimicrobial activity.
400g Manuka MGO30+
Australian Goldfields Manuka MGO 30+ honey. With a thick consistency bursting with flavour that will have you coming back for more.
400g Redgum TA20
The Corymbia colophylla commonly known as Redgum or Marri produces a dark amber honey with a robust flavour.
